7:30AM snorkel at Kahalu’u Beach Park:
Kahuluu Beach Park is excellent for snorkeling. However, we learned after we had snorkeled there that a shark had attacked someone floating in the water there on February 9, 2022. So that was a bit sobering to hear.
Spam was introduced 85 years ago. And it is still popular here! Take this example from the Denny’s menu this morning:
Here, just like back home, businesses are short staffed. Some restaurants are closed, on limited hours, or offering take-out only. Hiring signs are everywhere!
